Every month, Kapüy gives one organization with no marketing budget the groundwork to turn visibility into real results: adoptions, donations, volunteers. We don’t post for them: we leave them the system and teach them to run it.
How it works
An intervention with a start and an end.
They apply
The organization tells us its cause and what it wants to achieve. If it qualifies, the month’s spot is theirs.
We listen
One meeting to understand the real organization, not its Instagram. Then we look at who in their space is doing it well.
We build the strategy
Positioning, voice, identity, content and the systems that keep support coming even when there’s no emergency.
We hand it over
A walkthrough meeting, not a PDF in an inbox, with concrete tasks for that same week. Three or four weeks later we check back in.
