Who we are

Kapüy (kapuymarketing.com) is a marketing agency. For any question about your data, write to hey@kapuymarketing.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Your email, your message if you write one, and whether you want to hear from us. We use it to reply, or to write when we publish something.
• Diagnostic. Your answers are stored without your name or email, so we can better understand the businesses that take it. If you ask to review it with us, we also keep your email, business type, monthly marketing spend and result, to prepare that conversation.
• Kapüy for the community. The organization’s details and the contact person’s (name, email and WhatsApp if you share it), to review the application and reply.
• Booking a call. Bookings happen in Google Calendar: Google receives whatever you enter there.
• With every form we also store the page you came from and your browser type, so we know which channels work.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited and which buttons get clicked. We look at it in aggregate, not to identify you.
• Language. Your browser remembers whether you prefer Spanish or English. That never leaves your device.

Who we work with

Data is stored in Supabase, and we use Resend to notify ourselves by email when a message comes in. Google handles analytics and bookings. We don’t sell or rent your data. Ever.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time: write to hey@kapuymarketing.com. If we email you updates, you can ask us to stop whenever you like. We keep data only as long as it serves what you asked us for.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
